Data Deletion Instructions

EnvoPilot respects your right to control your data. If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to EnvoPilot and want your data deleted, you can request deletion at any time.


How to request deletion

Email us at support@envopilot.com with:

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Include:
    • The Instagram username and/or Facebook Page associated with your EnvoPilot connection
    • The email address used in your EnvoPilot onboarding or account
    • Any additional details that help us locate your records

What we will delete

Upon verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize (as applicable):

  • Stored onboarding form submissions linked to your request
  • Integration identifiers and access tokens we hold
  • Automation configuration linked to your connected account
  • Any stored message content retained for automation operation (if applicable)

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request.


Revoke access directly (optional)

You can also revoke EnvoPilot’s access at any time via your Meta/Facebook/Instagram settings. Revoking access stops future processing; if you also want stored data deleted, please email us using the steps above.
