These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EnvoPilot’s website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.


1) Who we are

EnvoPilot provides inbox automation and related workflow services for creators and businesses, including automations that may connect to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.


2) Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business.


3) Accounts, onboarding, and service activation

  • You may submit an onboarding form to request access to the Service.
  • We may accept or decline onboarding submissions at our discretion.
  • Some features may require connecting third-party accounts (e.g., Meta/Instagram/Facebook) using authorized permission flows.

4) Third-party platforms and authorizations (Meta/Instagram/Facebook)

If you connect a third-party account:

  • You authorize EnvoPilot to access and process data and permissions you approve through the platform’s authorization process.
  • You represent you have the right to grant that authorization for the connected account.
  • You may revoke EnvoPilot’s access at any time through platform settings.
  • EnvoPilot is not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, suspensions, or actions taken by the platform.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Send spam or harmful content, or engage in harassment
  • Circumvent platform rules, rate limits, or safety systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Use the Service for deceptive, unlawful, or abusive automation

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or platform rules.


6) Service behavior and limitations

  • EnvoPilot may draft or trigger replies based on your configuration and available context.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring your automation settings align with your brand and applicable laws.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. EnvoPilot does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue, sponsor conversion, response rates).

7) Fees, billing, and refunds

  • If you purchase a subscription or paid plan, fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be presented at checkout by our payment provider.
  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@envopilot.com promptly.

8) Intellectual property

  • We own the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, except for third-party components.
  • You retain ownership of your content (e.g., FAQs, scripts, links) that you provide to EnvoPilot.
  • You grant EnvoPilot a limited license to use your provided content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://envopilot.com/privacy


10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For suspected fraud, abuse, or security risks
  • If required by law or platform policies

Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process.


11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENVO PILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


12) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENVO PILOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ENVO PILOT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR €100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).


13) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
